At OBR our pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB) are designed and engineered to reduce time and waste while maintaining quality. The bolt together components are pre-cut, pre-punched and pre-fabricated in shop allowing for quicker and easier assembly. The structural components of your PEMB consist of multiple parts: I beam or tapered frames, roof purlin and wall girts will either be Zee or Cee purlin. This building comes with a set of engineer-stamped plans.
